Visible Past
Visible Past is funded by the European Union (under the call “European Remembrance CERV-2023-Citizens-Rem”) and sees the Consorzio Brianteo Villa Greppi as the leader of a partnership involving four other European entities: the University of Coimbra and Contextos (Portugal), Sapere Aude (Austria) and Artifactory (Greece).
This is a public history project that, with the knowledge and in-depth analysis of the historical events that marked the 20th century, allows the past to be made "visible" through:
- historical dissemination, a tool for understanding the analogies and differences with the present;
- visits to places significant for the history of 20th century Europe, to observe, today, tangible and intangible signs from the past;
- cultural productions and artistic performances, to breathe the spirit of times gone by.
